Welcome to Chapel Glen

 

Chapel Glen is a master planned Ryland built community of 49 single, one and a half  and two story homes built between 1996 and 1998.  Our homes range in size from approximately 1800 square feet to 2800 square feet and all homes have rear alley entry garages.  All are composed of at least 70% brick construction and are deed restricted.  HOA membership is MANDATORY and dues are paid semi-annually and include front and rear yard mowing and edging.  Current dues are $1,000 per year.

 

Chapel Glen Home Owners Association is dedicated to preserving the quality of life not only in our own neighborhood, but in the community as a whole.
